Massage
“Firm Touch” Aromatherapy Massage - to Back, Neck, Head and Shoulders.
Aromatherapy aims to treat the whole person by helping to restore the harmony of one’s mind, body and spirit. It works with pure essential oils, using the natural properties of plants, their flowers, seeds and fruits, to help to improve both physical and emotional wellbeing. As this is a firm touch treatment, it is suitable to help with aches and pains and minor injuries.
Typically, the aromatherapy massage lasts for about 50 minutes and may include acupressure and trigger point massage if the need arises. Finished with Reiki.

Tui-na based Acupressure Massage - to Back, Neck, Head & Shoulders. This is a Clothed Chinese Massage, working on acupressure points which improves Chi energy flowing through the body’s energy lines (meridians) and may relieve an aching back etc. It is also good for minor injuries and aches and pains.
Finished with Reiki. Approximately 45mins.

Chi Machine and Acupressure Massage - to improve your circulation and flexibility. Good for stiff backs and is an aerobic exercise without high impact discomfort. Finished with Reiki.
