Reflexology, including a foot massage for those tired tootsies! Reflexology is a popular and relaxing treatment based on the principle that the reflex points on the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the head, body and limbs. We refer to the feet as a map of the body, and we work on those reflexes to help to correct imbalances. Reflexology may help to balance Body & Mind by clearing energy blockages.
A TREATment will last for about 50 minutes and as it’s just the feet being worked on, you remain fully clothed, simply removing shoes and socks. You’ll be relaxing on a reclining couch and after your feet have been cleaned, the TREATment begins with a finger/thumb walk around both feet. This is to determine any areas of imbalance and notes are usually made. After that,further TREATment is given to those areas in the form of pressing and massage. Finally, Chi energy is given through administering Reiki.

Traditionally there are 7 chakras, each affecting parts of the body, mind and spirit, according to their location.When they are working correctly, you are likely to be feeling great! Etna Hot Stone Massage - as for the men, but with a lighter touch! (Unless you request firm) This is deep healing massage, using selected Aromatherapy Oils. The heat from the stones penetrates deep into the muscles, and is very healing and relaxing. I personally collected some of the stones from the shores below Mount Etna and my “master” meditation stone is from Indonesia. Just as crystals have healing vibrations, so too does volcanic rock. Cold marine stones are also used, mainly on the face, or on areas of inflammation. Finished off with Reiki while you drift away to some exotic place! An Hour of Bliss!!!
