WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME
This Healthy Breakfast programme contains the Formula 1 meal replacement shakes, the Formula 2 multivitaminsand the Thermojetics Energy beverage. You will replace 1 or 2 of your 3 main meals a day with the Formula 1 shake (also available as a bar). You will be taking one of the Formula 2 multivitamins with each meal. The Thermojetics beverage can be consumed hot or cold throughout the day, and can be used in your drinks bottle whilst exercising. By following this programme you can expect to safely lose a significant amount of weight, feel full of energy, and be less prone to hunger. Full coaching and ongoing support will be given by Ray & Liza Goldy, your Good Health Therapists. This is included with the programme. It’s recommended, although not essential to have Regular Reiki TREATments. (See 2 for 1 special offer) |

WEIGHT GAIN PROGRAMME This programme Is the same as above, however you will be taking a Formula 1 shake (or bar) after each of your 3 main meals. You will also be personalising how much protein you have each day by adding the Formula 3 protein powder to either your meals or shakes. Full coaching and ongoing support will be given by Ray & Liza Goldy, your Good Health Therapists.
